What is the minimum transaction amount?
The minimum transaction amount is 5000 Armenian Drams. IMPORTANT: Regardless of the transaction amount, the minimum denomination of the first bill is 5000 AMD. Here is an example: if you need to make a payment of 6000 AMD, you should deposit a 5000 AMD bill, then you deposit a 1000 AMD bill.
Does the FROG terminal give change?
The function of giving change is not provided by the Frog terminal, the whole amount you put into the terminal will be converted into cryptocurrency and will be sent to the address specified by you.
How soon my transaction will be processed?
Each transaction goes through 2 stages:
1. FROG electronic system processing stage - this stage takes few seconds.
2. The stage of cryptocurrency transaction execution in blockchain - this stage depends on the network load, as a rule it takes a few seconds, occasionally there are delays of a few minutes (usually in blockchain Bitcoin).
Can a transaction be canceled?
Cryptocurrency transactions are designed to be irreversible, and the decentralized nature of the of the blockchain implies that no single organization can control it. Cryptocurrency transactions are one-way. There is no way to cancel a payment, and there is no chargeback feature. Be careful and check the address of the wallet you are funding in advance. Using a QR code with the wallet address minimizes the risk of an erroneous transaction.
What should I do if I made a transaction but the cryptocurrency has not yet been credited to my wallet?
Most likely the delay was due to high blockchain load, you should wait a few minutes or contact support.
What if I made a transaction and forgot to take/lost my check?
In case you have any questions about your transaction, but you do not have a check: contact the support service in a convenient way for you, just tell the operator the amount of the transaction and the address of the Frog terminal where the payment was made.
